E-Team Special Mission: A Crafty Secrets MEGA HOP!

The eclectic Paperie E-Team has joined forces with the brilliant designers from Crafty Secrets for a MEGA BLOG HOP this weekend! The 15-- that's right FIFTEEN-- designers participating will collectively demonstrate just how awesome the Crafty Secrets product line is (I'm talking "Love at first sight" awesomeness here!), and hopefully inspire you to create your own shabby-chic-vintage goodness along with us!

Technique info and a product list are at the end of this post.

Make sure to visit each Crafty Secrets & E-Team blog participant, see what they created, and leave them some love. The more comments you leave, the more chances have of winning one of the SIX prizes being given away by eclectic Paperie and Crafty Secrets!
.
You have from  Friday, March 18th through Sunday, March 20th to visit each blog participant. The six winners will be chosen randomly from comments left at the designers' blogs, and they'll get some fabulous Crafty Secrets goodies!  The winners' names will be posted on both the eclectic Paperie blog and on the Crafty Secrets blog on Monday, March 21st.

The E-Team is:
Daisy Sparks, of eclectic Paperie
Broni Holcombe
Latrice Murphy
Linda Duke (representing both the E-Team and Crafty Secrets!)
Linda Ledbetter (Hi!)
Micki Harper
Sherry Cheever
Starla Nelson

The Crafty Secrets Team is:
Flo Teixeira
Julie Campbell
Mary Hamer
Melissa Phillips
Michele Kovack
Pam Hooten
Vicki Chrisman- The Crafty Secrets Team Leader

I got a little sneak preview of some of my E-Teammates art for this hop, and I'm still saying "WOW!" intermittently as I sit here typing. Those ladies know how to make some incredible art! I can't wait to have my socks knocked off by those Crafty Secrets artists, too!

Have a blast on this virtual gallery walk, and an all-around wonderful weekend!

------------------

I made four "super-sized" ATCs for this project (they're 3 x 4", instead of the standard 2.5 x 3.5"). I stamped the wonderful Crafty Secrets Wizard of Oz characters onto plain white cardstock and colored them with Copic Sketch Markers. To get a shabby/aged/disheveled look, I gently wadded up the cardstock, flattened it back out, and lightly covered the colored images with Old Paper Distress Ink using an Ink Blending Tool. I then tore around the images and smudged the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink

I mounted the images onto various designer papers from my stash, then onto textured straw-toned cardstock. Since I didn't manage to work in a Yellow Brick Road anywhere, I laced some Twinery string in Lemondrop through rivets in the corners of each card.
